Privacy Policy — Nexivo Garage app

Last updated: 18 September 2026 · Nexivo Tech

What the app collects

Nothing. Nexivo Garage has no user account and no server. It sends no data to Nexivo or to any third party and uses no analytics or advertising SDKs.

What stays on your device

• Door and unit names and the open history — stored in the app's files on your phone only.
• The encryption keys for your garage unit — stored in the iOS Keychain on your phone only.
• The garage location (if you enable arrival mode) — used on-device to detect that you are approaching; never transmitted.

Permissions

• Bluetooth: to connect to the Nexivo Garage unit and send the open command.
• Location: optional, arrival mode only (notification or automatic open as you approach). Off by default.
• Notifications: optional, for the "Arrived? Tap to open" prompt.

Guest sharing

Sharing a door creates a link that carries an access key for that door only. You send the link by the channel you choose. You can revoke any guest at any time from the app.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes everything listed above from your phone. We hold no copy.
